Yoga Lessons

I have started scouting for some yoga lessons online and my readings had brought me to a lot of things.  I am new to yoga and had a zero knowledge on how it is being done or conducted, but I've heard a lot of good things about yoga and some of my friends could even attest to the effectiveness of this light form of exercise as far as health and wellness is concerned.

Yoga gives us lessons on right diet, right posture, tight breathing, right relaxation and the most important thing which is positive thinking and meditation.   There are lots of things to learn about yoga and I would say that I am just on the beginning stage.  I am yet to master the basic yoga positions and exercise. During my readings though, I get more interested on how to relax.  For now, I've been looking for some yoga supplies that could help me have a smooth start.  I think I am even more determined to pursue my readings about yoga.  I need to get a handful information before I could really get the full benefits that yoga brings.


  1. Yoga actually has a lot of benefits. :) But you must have the right mindset and discipline to pursue it.

  2. if ever i get into a fitness regimen, i will try yoga.

  3. I would love to try YOGA soon as a fitness regimen. But I know that more than the physical well-being, also stress is eliminated and a lot of spiritual readiness are taught. :)

  4. I am also interested to try Yoga Sis. A friend of mine has encouraged me to do it for it brought good results to his whole being.
