Creamy Buttered Mixed Vegetables With Quail Eggs

I wanted to try my hand at cooking this creamy buttered mixed vegetables with quail eggs, one of the dish cooked and served during my son's birthday. I got curious because my son told me that this was the first dish to finish from all the dishes served. I have seen this served on some parties that I have attended before but I wanted to try doing it myself.

This is very easy and can be done in very simple steps:

Ingredients :

1/2 Kilo Mixed Vegetables
1 Can Nestle Cream
2 Dozen Quail Eggs
1/4 kg Sweet Ham
Garlic Butter

Procedure:

Saute the mixed vegetables in garlic butter, add the sliced ham and quail eggs. Pour 1 can of nestle cream onto the fried mixed vegetables, stir for 5 mins and it's done.

Easy right? This dish doesn't cost much, easy to prepare, nutritious and delicious.

A winner! :)
