I'd been dreaming and wishing to be able to bake a cake. I don't have the natural skills and talent for that. But, I would still like to give it a try. If others can do it, then I should be able to do it, as well. But forgive me for my first cake. As expected, it's not that perfect but at least, I was able to do it. Actually, I did it with the assistance from my son. We can't find other flavors for the frosting mix but I guess, it's fine coz we actually baked a chocolate cake, so this just complements the cake flavor.
My next cake would be a carrot cake. I have to keep trying (lol).... I promised it to myself :)... as they say, "practice makes perfect".....
Have a nice week ahead!
